Admission is possible at any time by arrangement. Early registration is necessary to reserve your place. I recommend starting by attending the introductory Pilates course. Furthermore, the client is obliged to fill out the health questionnaire truthfully and completely to provide all the necessary information before starting a training course. The client must inform us immediately if there are any changes to their health situation. I would like to point out that, depending on the state of health, I may require a medical check-up before the first training session. Of course, I am bound to secrecy with regard to the contents of the questionnaire.
Registration is required before attending any classes. As there is a maximum number of 8 participants for group training sessions, please reserve your chosen date in advance (Eversports platform). It is possible to be put on the waiting list if a class is fully booked. The participant will be informed as soon as possible if a place becomes available on the chosen date.
All subscriptions are personal and non-transferable! If the subscription is not used or a course is not attended, there is no entitlement to a reduction or refund of the costs. The period of validity of each subscription is based on the date of the 1st training session. Retroactive renewal of subscriptions is not possible, see also under point 6 / Illness, pregnancy or extended absences. You will find the relevant period of validity on the current price list.
The full amount is paid in advance as you register via the booking platform. In exceptional cases, the amount can be paid in cash or via Twint before the start of training. Payment in instalments is possible by arrangement, but is subject to an additional charge.

Agreed dates are binding. Cancellation is possible free of charge at the latest 24 hours before the booked session via the Eversports booking platform, SMS, telephone or e-mail. If no cancellation is requested or if the cancellation is requested too late, the full cost of the training session will be charged. In the event of illness or accident, the session can be made up for after presentation of a doctor’s certificate.
In the event of absence due to illness or accident, subscriptions may be extended in accordance with the doctor’s certificate. In the event of absence as a result of pregnancy, the subscription will be suspended until training can be resumed. The validity expires at the latest 1 year after the birth of the child. In the event of absence for a holiday or business trip for a minimum of four weeks, the subscription can be extended for a duration depending on the confirmed period of absence. Claims for extension must be submitted in writing before the absence. There are no additional processing costs.
PURE MOVE reserves the right to close due to holidays, further training or a retreat. Such closures will be announced in good time in the “Holiday schedule” section of the website. If the period of absence is longer than 7 days, the validity of all subscriptions will be extended accordingly. If sessions are cancelled due to a public holiday or if session availability is restricted due to further training or a weekend event, there is no entitlement to an extension of the subscription.
If the trainer is unable to attend due to illness, PURE MOVE will endeavour to organise a substitute for the affected training sessions. If a substitute is required, this will be announced in good time. There is no entitlement to a refund. In this case, PURE MOVE reserves the right to cancel the session if necessary. Course participants will be informed of the cancellation of a group session or a personal training session in good time and will not be charged. In this case, there is no right to an extension of the subscription. Exceptions may be made in the event of extended cancellations of a course due to unforeseen circumstances. PURE MOVE reserves the right to modify the courses offered and to adjust the opening hours according to the season.
After receipt of the registration, the participant will receive a confirmation of registration (with the exception of weekends, where registration takes place directly through the relevant hotel). An invoice will be sent for the payment of the relevant weekend or retreat. Please note the applicable payment conditions. Registration is binding and obliges the participant to comply with and accept the applicable payment and cancellation conditions. Due to the limited number of participants, registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. I recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which will cover the contractually owed cancellation costs if applicable. In the event of early termination (for any reason) of the weekend or retreat by the participant, there is no right to a refund. PURE MOVE may have to cancel a weekend or retreat if too few participants have registered, and may do so up to 30 days before the relevant start date. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded in full. No further claims can be asserted. The specific terms and conditions for the relevant service and the general terms and conditions of PURE MOVE apply.
The client bears full responsibility for themselves and their actions. There is a residual health risk when engaging in physical exercise. We are not liable for any health problems or possible material damage. It is the responsibility of the client to take out a suitable insurance policy.
PURE MOVE is obliged to treat personal data and information confidentially and undertakes not to pass it on to third parties. The disclosure of data to employees or substitutes is excluded. Likewise, the participant is obliged to handle information about other course participants confidentially.
Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court for Silvaplana.
